BXS BWebReporter speeds the flow of business information safely, thanks to a unique, four-level strategy:
LEVEL 1: Data Mapping
Using BWebReporter’s easy-to-master interface, the database administrator quickly extracts and standardizes relevant data from the company’s existing accounting, sales, inventory, and personnel records. Field definitions, data parameters, and access privileges are determined at this level.
LEVEL 2: Views Design
The database administrator uses the data tables defined in Level One and organizes them into “views”, or hierarchical categories. The components from which individual reports may be constructed are determined at this level.
LEVEL 3: Report Design
Authorized personnel use BWebReporter’s intuitive report design interface to choose fields and data that will appear in individual reports, and to determine the visual layout, including graphs and charts.
LEVEL 4: Report Generation
Using a familiar, browser-based interface, end users select from a list of pre-formatted reports they have been authorized to view. These read-only reports give individual end users up-to-the-minute secure access to authorised data directly from the company’s databases, while safeguarding other data from unauthorized access.
